Prayer is powerful.

God has told us in his Word, the Bible, that he is near to us and he hears prayer (Deuteronomy 4:7; Psalm 65:2). He delivers us from all our troubles (Psalm 34:17), and walks with his people through their darkest valleys (Psalm 23:4). There is nothing too hard for our Lord Jesus, who has “all authority in heaven and on earth” (Jeremiah 32:27; Matthew 28:11). There is no person beyond Jesus’ saving help, for “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved (Romans 10:13). And so, in response to his loving invitation to us, we pray to the God of the Bible.

Please pray for me in that I will no longer allow my bad judgement to control me so much. Please pray that I learn my lesson and have a breakthrough that I won’t contract any STI/STD. I will learn to control my urges and get closer to god. I want to be closer to him. I feel him trying to draw me in closer to him and I’m listening and I wanna stay consistent with it. Pray for me to have a better understanding of god his wants and needs and requests etc. Just to reiterate no weapons formed against me shall prosper!

I pray that I can get through this rough season of lust. I've been a believer for about 2 years now and I've just graduated high school. Lust has always been something I have struggled with but it was not too bad until recently. I went through a period over the past 4 months where I was unfaithful to my girlfriend of a year. While I did not chase anything in person with others, I digitally lusted and sought after other women. I have just told her and through her grace and forgiveness, she has decided to stay with me. I need prayer that we are able to refocus our relationship on the Lord. That I am able to move past my previous sins in the name of Jesus. I know the best way for me to accomplish this is through prayer in the God of the world.

Hi there

Please pray for me and my husband. We are not talking to each other for the whole month of May. I have prayed about it and have asked Jesus to please change my heart or my husband's heart, I dont know how to rectify things. My heart is broken and I dont want to live the rest of my days like this before we get raptured. I am saved, not so sure if my husband has given his heart to the Lord?

I know that marriage is a special thing for the Lord and only he can do the impossible.
