As you hear the demons talking about the inevitable victory of the Lord and his people, the character of God, the care he has for his people, and the power available to believers, you will be encouraged! You will realize that the powers of darkness are fighting a battle they have already lost, and those who have faith in Christ are on the winning team.

Light: By light we don’t mean shallow, or that it’s a breeze to read. By light we mean this book is spiritually light. Somehow it makes the demonic less scary, because Lewis writes in a way that highlights the power of God, the overwhelming love of God for the believer, and the assured victory of those who belong to Christ. We found that after much reading on spiritual warfare, this book felt refreshing.

Worship-Inspiring: This book will help you think well of the Lord. This book implicitly teaches us so much about the Lord’s will and desires for his people. It says some wonderful things about God, his intentions, and what he’s really like. If you know your Bible, you will find this book to be thoroughly biblical. And if you don’t know the Bible well, let us assure you that the reflections here are deeply grounded in the truths of God’s Word.
